Boko Haram Attacks Airforce Base, Bombs 2 Planes

Information reaching source from Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, is not good. According to few credible sources, the dreaded Boko Haram sect that has been quiet for some time now has returned to its old ways, with full force, and wielding very sophisticated weapons.

Boko Haram terrorists gained access into the Airforce base on Monday morning with bombs.
They allegedly bombed to two of the planes at the airport and engaged military person in what one source on the ground described as "a situation of fire for fire" in different parts of the state capital.
I hear some of their members, over 300, have also carried out attacks on police and military formations.
A very credible source confirmed to us that several persons have been killed by the terrorists. An eye witness who resides in Gomari airport area, just few metres away to the air force base, said:
"I saw 5 military operational vehicles conveying dead bodies to the hospital at about 6am, the dead bodies were suspected to be security agents killed during the attack”.
Consequently, the city of Maiduguri has been placed under a 24-hour curfew.
