Chinese Man Makes A Suitcase That Doubles As A Motorcycle (Pictures)

It is the idea that takes rolling luggage to a whole new level - a suitcase that doubles up as a scooter.
A Chinese inventor has found a new use for old luggage, turning it into a mode of transport which can reach speeds of 12mph. The electronic scooter is the brainchild of He Liangcai, who lives in China's central Hunan Province.
The amateur inventor has just patented the idea, which includes a GPS, horn and even a theft alarm. And of course, there is plenty of storage space too. A farmer, who hasn't trained as an engineer, Mr Liangcai actually only finished his primary school education.
The inventor says he was inspired to create the scooter suitcase after he forgot his luggage one time when travelling to pick up an award for a car safety system.
