Beyonce Mother Tina Knowles wed actor Richard Lawson

Beyoncé's mother got married at the weekend.

Tina Knowles, 61, tied the knot with Poltergeist actor Richard Lawson, 68, on a yacht outside of Newport beach, California on Sunday evening.

On Monday Beyoncé shared a snap of the newlyweds on her website, showing them both posing in their co-ordinating white outfits.

All the guests at the wedding - including Beyoncé, her husband Jay Z, their three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and Tina's other daughter, Solange Knowles - were asked to wear white to the evening ceremony.
