Former IG of Police, Suleiman Abba hands over to new IGP, Arase
Former Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba, who was sacked
yesterday April 21st by pres. Jonathan handed over to the newly
appointed IGP Solomon Arase at the police headquarters in
Abuja today April 22nd. I like the way he's smiling despite the
circumstances.
