Scott Disick Breaks Silence on Kourtney Kardashian Split

Keeping his chin up. Scott Disick has finally opened up about his split from longtime love Kourtney Kardashian. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star broke his silence while hosting a bash at 1OAK Nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday, July 24.

"[I'm] just taking it one day at a time," he told reporters on the red carpet. "With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself."

News reaching KDB SAY Disick, 32, arrived at 12:15 a.m. and looked clean cut in a gray suit and white shirt. An onlooker tells Us Weekly that he stuck with a bottle of water, was constantly checking his phone, and kept his distance from female fans while he hung out at his VIP table. He was joined by Love and Hip Hop
Hollywood's Mally Mall and Alec Monopoly.

"Scott was rather disconnected once he got into the club," the witness tells Us. "Typically a very verbal and outrageous host, [he] was rather restrained."

Disick - who previously canceled two club appearances - grabbed a bite to eat at the Mirage's Stack Restaurant before the big night.

"Dinner," he captioned his orange chicken dish via Instagram. He also relaxed poolside. "This is what I need right now," he wrote.

Earlier this week, Disick met up with Kardashian, 36, and the couple's 3-year-old daughter Penelope at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday. (The exes are also parents to sons Mason, 5, and Reign, 7 months.) As previously reported, Kardashian still wants Disick to have a relationship with their children, but she's in the process of seeking sole custody.
